The weighted balls inside give a subtle rolling sensation that I wasn't expecting, and the silicone is smooth enough that insertion with a bit of lube was easy. I've worn it around the house for an hour or two at a time and the seamless shape stays comfy the whole while.
Wore this for a few hours on a road trip and barely noticed it until the weighted balls rolled slightly when I shifted in my seat—surprisingly pleasant. The silicone seam is so smooth I didn't need much lube at all, and the rounded edge made insertion genuinely easy.
Wore this for a few hours running errands and barely noticed it, which is exactly what I wanted from the discreet design. The rounded tip made insertion easy, though I do wish the base were slightly wider for extra peace of mind during longer wear.
